Colorado DOR Points Emergency Regulation on Assortment, Administration, Enforcement of Prearranged Journey Charges

The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR) June 29 issued an emergency regulation concerning collection, administration, and enforcement of the prearranged ride fees, for excise tax purposes. The fee is the sum of a clean fleet per ride fee and an air pollution mitigation per ride fee.
