The Illinois Governor June 10 signed a law concerning donations to the 100 Club of Illinois Fund for individual income tax purposes. The law includes measures: 1) creating the 100 Club of Illinois Fund; 2) creating an income tax checkoff for donations to the fund; 3) requiring the Department of Revenue to print on its individual income tax form for tax years ending on or after Dec. 31 a provision enabling a taxpayer to contribute to the fund by stating the amount of the contribution (not less than $1) on the return and stating that the contribution will reduce the …
