At the special meeting, MDC shareholders will be requested to vote on the proposed combination (the “Proposed Transaction”) of MDC's business with certain operations of Stagwell Media LP (“Stagwell”).
Details on the virtual special meeting
Due to the ongoing public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and in support of the health and wellbeing of our employees and shareholders, the meeting will be held virtually via live audio webcast. A virtual meeting allows registered MDC shareholders and duly appointed proxies to listen to the meeting, ask questions and get answers online, and vote online.
