Sawhney has over 18 years of valuation, transaction advisory and advisory experience and has been involved in over 1,500 valuations and over 200 transactions (including domestic and cross-border transactions) across industries. He has been at the forefront of the development of the valuation profession in India and has held prestigious positions as a member of the Central Government Committee (MCA) under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, responsible for recommendations / frame the Indian valuation standards.

Founder Deepika Vijay Sawhney is a lawyer by profession and a member of ICSI. She was one of the founding team members and Partner & Head of Securities Laws and Legal Practice of Corporate Professionals, Advocate & Solicitors, where she spent over 18 years advising companies on various legal issues in securities law, transaction documentation, deal negotiations, due diligence and alternative investment advice and registrations.

Inder Kalra, a member of ICAI and CFA who successfully runs GenNext Capital, is a financial advisory firm who co-founded Transique along with GenNext Capital, now a Transique company. Inder has a wealth of 18 years of experience in equity analysis, financial and business modeling, valuation, industry analysis, corporate strategy and investment advice with core specialization in the telecommunications sector. He advises start-ups in India on their business strategies and raising capital through venture capital, private equity, family offices and HNIs.
