Virginia Laws passes law renaming the Division of Mines, Minerals and Vitality to the Division of Vitality

The Virginia General Assembly passed law on April 7th renaming the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy to the Department of Energy for Corporate Income, Individual Income, Trust Income, Sales and Use, Property and Excise Tax. The law was passed without the consent of the executive.
