The Georgia Governor May 2 signed a law amending the Camden County Public Service Authority Act for corporate income, individual income, trust income, sales and use, property, and excise tax purposes. The law includes measures: 1] providing that the charging and taxing of any governmental entity or agency, or the inclusion of the residents of a political subdivision into the sphere of services and functions of the authority, shall be in accordance with contractual provisions; 2] declaring that all revenue bonds issued by the authority are for an essential public and governmental purpose, and their transfer and the income therefrom …
