Infrastructure technology software company Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSY) announced today that its board of directors has approved a dividend of $ 0.03 per share for the second quarter of 2021. The cash dividend is payable to all shareholders on June 15, 2021 of the record of Class A and B common shares as of close of business on June 8, 2021.
