The California Department of Taxes and Fees published proposed revisions to Chapter 2 of the Audit Handbook on Preparing Auditing Reports for Sales and Excise Tax Purposes on July 26th. The Department of Business Taxes and Fees suggests revising the entire chapter and dividing it into eight sections based on its length.
